I would love to pledge, but i run out of money. Now i have to wait till next month coz I only have PayPal. What happens if the pledge is already 100%? Does it mean I can't pledge anymore?
No, the pledge will run until it ends in 52 days. You can pledge at anytime, and so the pledge could exceed it’s total (i.e. go over 100%).
